Preparation of Noble Injera flour
For 1 packet (285 g)
- Add 1 pack (285 g) of flour into a mixing bowl (use the whole flour, without leaving any portion)
- Mix the flour with 2 cup (500ml) of cold tap water. Mix it thoroughly.
- In few minutes, the dough will form a foam (bubbles)
- Wait 10 to 15 minutes until the foam becomes fewer.
- Then add another half a cup (125ml) of water and mix it.
- Heat the pan and start baking injera.
