Do you ship any products internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we ship our products only within the United States and Canada. We are working on extending our services to other countries.

I want to keep your mixes as fresh as possible. Do your Injera mixes need to be refrigerated?

No, Noble flour does not need to be refrigerated before or after opening. The mix will remain fresh at room temperature as long as the pouch is stored properly sealed.

I am allergic to gluten. Can I still consume your products?

Some of our mixes are Gluten-Free. Please, read the product description carefully.
